Help!How to Install Windows XP in a new folder?

Hi all i need help!
I was wondering how to install Windows XP in a New Folder without losing my files from my previous windows version?

when you run installation from a CD/DVD disc and when u choose drive to install to, if WINDOWS directory exists - it asks, over rite OR install to NEW??? or so press ESCAPE and enter new directory. than continue as it you install before.
