    This is almost always caused by drivers that have corrupted the system pool.
    Go to device manager under hardware (when you right click on My Computer and select properties), and check the drivers for each device if they are functioning properly. If you see device not working properly, click on troubleshoot. You may have to uninstall that driver and re-install it.
