Help: I want to copy all info but the OS to another hard drive on another computer

I have 2 computers and want to find out how I would copy all of the information from the first computer but the OS needs to stay the same on the new computer How can I do this and this is only copying so that I have the same programs on the new computer that I do the old computer....????? PLEASE HELP I need to know how to do this... Thanks
