Help me please! I just got a blue screen error "bad_pool_header"

    I have no idea what to do right now. I'm so confused. My little brother plays on the computer and it was fine yesterday but i think he downloaded some things. Then this morning we got the blue screen for the 1st time. and then i got it again about 3 hours later. I have no idea what to do and what set of instructions to follow. please help me.
