HELP needed to remove Zonebac

My antivirus detects zonebac on my system. I can click a button to manually get rid of it, but it always comes back after reboot. I have also performed the procedure for removal on Symantec's site but it does not work. Any help in getting rid of this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

you may want to try manual zonebac removal. i mean maybe your anti virus doesn't delete all the malicious files and this trojan re-installs itself once you reboot. you can also consider running another antivirus. you can try trend micro online scan if you're not into getting new anti virus.
