Help on frustrating virus.

A couple days ago, it became apparent to me that my computer has yet been infected with another virus. I'm usually pretty self-sufficient at getting rid of most of the basic ones using HiJackThis in combinations with Spybot S&D and googling up solutions. But this one has me stumped so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Symptoms:
Can't access Control Panel : "Restriction: This operation has been canceled due to restrictions on this computer..."
Auto-Redirect to 3rd party search engines, websites like lycos or 101links
Annoying Windows Security Alert Gimmick telling me "Your computer is making unauthorized copies of your system and internet files......"

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with a variety of malware and you`re running an outdated version of HJT.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
