Help on upgrading from Win2000 to WinXP

I need to upgrade a computer from Win2K to WinXP. Do you have an installation guide for that? I saw a guide that looked like it was for 2000. I would also be interested in what sort of details I need to consider before attempting the upgrade.

Note that you can only upgrade from Windows 2000 Professional to Windows XP Professional (you can't upgrade to XP Home)
