Help Please! Google webpages won't load

    When I try to go to google.com it says To Diagnosis Connection Problems or that the webpage cannot load. I have tried putting in the IP address for google and that will open the google search page but won't go any farther. I need to get this fixed because one of my online classes requires it. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thank in advance for any help. Lori
