Help removing Trojan Horse PSW.onlinegames3.cxw

AVG tells me "C:\Windows\msacm32.drv" is infected. The threat is Trojan Horse PSW.onlinegames3.cxw . I ran HijackThis and attached is a copy of the Log File. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks -EB
