Help, Roblox locked up pc

Hello, my son installed Roblox on our pc and now the pc will bairly do anything.When i try unistalling it it just says"gathering latest roblox" and it wont uninstall.I cant open the website either.
I am using vista on a dell pc.Please help,I have been working on it for days with no luck. Thanks

The game requirements mention Windows XP but not Vista. Try changing the compatibility mode. While the games system requirements are modest, perhaps your PC does not meet them. What are your PC's specs?

Tried changing compatibility mode but it didnt help.I just dont get why it wont uninstall.Never had a program try to update itself when i i try to uninstall it or run it neither of which work.
Specs are:
Dell
Inspirion 531 S
Processor: AMD 62X4 4000+ 2.10 Ghz
Ram 1G
Windows Vista home basic

You might try the freeware utility called Ccleaner (aka crap cleaner) located here: http://www.ccleaner.com/

One of its features is you can uninstall programs with it. It's worth a try.

Also, you didn't list your all important graphics card.
