Please also run AVG Anti Rootkit via Step 11 of the instructions HERE. Let me know the results of the scan.

the problem is still there , though somehow it *seems* to happen a bit less frequently.
Also added with the combo fix log is a fresh hijackthis log.

I requested a fresh AVG Anti spyware log because your previous log displays 'No Action Taken' for all the files detected.
I require you to run AVG again and quarantine the files. Pictorial instructions HERE.
