Help & Support in Windows 10

I just upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Everything appeared to go well except the Windows 8.1 "Help & Support" short cut which is still showing on my desktop doesn't do anything. Is this normal?

As you are on Windows 10 now that sounds OK. Leave it a couple of days to be sure there are no major problems then delete the short cut.
