Hi, I want to know if Motherboard GIGABYTE Z87X-UD3H is suitable with the GPU unit GIGABYTE GV-N65TOC 1GI ??
how to know if that GPU unit will use what kind of PCI port??

Yes it will work fine.

It is common place for all current motherboards to have one PCIe x16 slot for a graphics adapter. You don't have to worry about compatibility issues in PCIe slots.
