Inactive Help with 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal

So I went through the 8 step process and here are my logs. I would greatly appreaciate if someone could look at them and tell me whats wrong with my computer.

My computer is playing random audio files (like commercials or movies or sounds) and i cannot find the source. It seems to play in intervals however no programs are open when the sounds are playing.

skrinja, the presence of multiple imaging programs and printers (for Epsom, Canon, HP) including specialized software, plus the fact that you are using Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Business makes me wonder if this is a work computer. Is it?

There are also no System Restore Points.
