Hi all well a work colleague asked me to have a look at his new hp pavilion dv6 when you start it up it goes to primary hard disk self test gets to 3% then hangs ?? if i put it in the dock on my pc it says that partition is not formated so what can i do and what is the problem
i had a bit of a look online and the word is that this laptop has cooling issues now i can get to f8 and the starting windows logo comes up and that is it what do you all think please help me
If its "new" it needs returning to the manufacturer. Not being funny, but you touching the internals is going to invalid your friends warranty!
