Help...With nething please

i have a whole crap load of new games like grand theft auto vice city and halo1 they install on my computer but when i play them it either playes like shiat (a lag evry second) <-- very hard or when i click new game or nething like that it says my sumthing( grapics card.. video card...?) is not good enof or sumthing or it wont say nething at all just shut down the game and screw up the desktop so i have to reset so wat i am asking for is help.. help of ne kind like telling me how to find all my "specs" if that is the right term and things like should i upgrade my computer or buy a new 1 at the store or buy a custom dell or a alienware online (i herd those were good but expensive(alien ware))if to upgrade wat to upgrade and any tips u can give would be helpfull...

heyy!!! well u didnt write ur Computer Specs..always write the computer specs..

Amd athlon 3200+
Ms-7030 Msi
1 gig Ram DDR
Nvidia Geforce 6800

As harrisdurrani said above, you need to post your computer specs to get help on this. The requirements for Vice City can be found here. They are not very high, you only need a 32 mb video card.
