Help with PC crash

Here's a pic of my screen after it hangs and then crashes.

I have no idea why this happens as this never happened to me before and I've only used this PC for more than a year. This usually happens whe I watch videos or play games. Tell me what other infos you need to be able to help me and also how to get them for you.

PS: My PC has no extra video card, just the onboard one.
