Help with what to remove from hijackthis scan

Hey,
I've run stopzilla a few times as well as avast antivirus, but somethings still don't seem right to me. I also dont want to start buying things from the net again until everything is gone from it. Help removing dangerous and unnecessary files would be greatly appreciated

I cant find anything wrong with the log but can't always be right so go to https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic111363.html thats a topic I made a do everything said on that and it should take out 99% of virus's and stuff and wehn finished report back of what you found if anything
