Help! - www.accountbox.com/warning/2.php

I was faced with this problem and I can't seem to find a solution.
When you start MSN Explorer the homepage address reads,
www.accountbox.com/warning/2.php
and the page displays pornographic material.
I tried various anti-virus and anti-spyware programs, but it just don't want to go away. If anyone can help please let me know.

OS : WindowsXP SP2

Run HJT with no other programmes open. Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Reboot your system.
