"Help" is not a proper title... Change it to something like "New thermal Paste, No boot". Why did you take your CPU out in the first place?

You really shouldn't use thermal glue but thermal compound instead. You might have a difficult time separating them later. If the CPU wasn't working before, putting on glue won't necessarily bring it back to life.

But really, your post has so few details I don't know what else to offer.

    Okay.....

I've been having this Problem, I got a new Processor Today and when I Turn my Computer on, I don't get a Signal from my NVidia GeForce FX 5900, I have Tested the Card on Various Machine's and it is Working.

I think the Processor is DOA and such.

    Any Help Guys?

And where could I get a User Guide in .PDF Form?

I want to see if I set up my MoBo Correctly.

Thanks for any Help in Advance!
