    i had a graphics card sitting in my drawer

    so i put it in my computer and hooked everything up

    and when i turn my comptuer on the big e comes up (emachines) then it just stays black

    when i take it out everything works fine

    Please post your system specs as it's hard for forum members to fully help solve the problem when we dont know what we are dealing with.
