Hey i need suggestions on a new vid card

even with a top of the line card for agp slot or regular pci slot, i dont think he is going to like the results as much as he could. my best guess, is his computer will bottle neck the crap out of the new card and he will not be able to tell a big difference. i could be wrong, but that is the reason i recently had to build a new computer.
