Hijackthis log (could not do 8 steps)

Attached is a hijackthis log that came after I ran it while my computer was in safe mode. I have not been able to run parts of the 8 step program for virus removal. The Malwarebytes, Super antispyware, and combofix programs will not run on my computer. I ran hijackthis in hope that someone on here can direct me in solving my computer problems. Thanks for your time.
