Hijackthis log help? Thanks

Hi,

First off I want to say hello to everyone and thank whoever is in charge of such an awesome forum~! (whats the brown stuff on my nose...lol). No seriously, thank you. These forums have been quite helpful in the past and there is great information and knowledge here. I was hoping someone here could help me with this log. I have to fix this computer and I think this log is really screwed. I don't even know where to begin with this one. Thanks in advance.

Begin by uninstalling all those Spyware defense programs (all of them)
Actually uninstall Symantec (Norton) as well, then restart, then run the => removal tool

Then restart again
Install Avira free AntiVirus

Then follow this guide: UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions
