Hijackthis log. Please help me

Hello,

I'm having problems with my precious new laptop.
It's getting very slow and i'm getting often the follow pop-up message--> The system process 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe' terminated unexpectedly with status code 203 and after 60 seconds my laptop restarts, i can't do nothing to prevent it.

Please review the hijackthis i include. I need your help.

(PS. I use bitdefender 9,0 as antivirus, spybot search & destroy and ad-aware)

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your HJT log appears to be incomplete. I.E there are no 023 services entries. This is not normal.

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.

i made a format (because i didn't have plenty of time to "cure" the problem.

(sorry for the long period i didn't answer, but i was on vacation and i was not having internet)...
