Hijackthis Log - Search Engine Redirect

Can someone please help me? I use Firefox and have experienced this in all search engines I have tried. Every time I click on a search result link, I am redirected to a non-related site. I attached my hijack log.Can someone please look it over and help?

follow preliminary removal steps

After running all programs
Close all opened programs and remove these form HJT

I disagree with 2 findings from Kazi. I would not checkmark HJT entries for the following:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [igfxtray] C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxtray.exe
O23 - Service: Bonjour Service - Apple Inc. - C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe

Review of the HJT log is the FINAL step in following the guide.

Slows down your computer badly. i don't see why bonjour is needed anyways
