I could start reviewing your log but first
When creating this log, did you follow through the 15 step removal instructions indicated by Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. It is helpful for you to walk through those instructions step-by-step to get things cleaned.. and finally produce a set of different logs which can all be posted in your message.

Get rid of the viewpoint stuff if you dont use it, its classed as foistware,
To get rid of it,
Go to Start > Run and copy/paste or type: taskmgr
Finally, delete the following folders if they still exist:
C:\Program Files\ViewManager\ <-- and delete this folder
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\ <-- and delete this folder
You are infected, please do as LookinAround says and complete all the 15 steps posting your logs back in this thread, make sure that you set the AVG antispyware to quarantine the results.

To get rid of it,
Go to Start > Run and copy/paste or type: taskmgr
- Under the Processes tab find the following tasks or processes:
ViewpointService.exe
ViewMgr.exe - Highlight and click "End Process".
- Exit Task Manager.
- Press "OK".
- Click the "Extended tab".
- Scroll down the list and find the service called "Viewpoint Manager Service"
- When you find the service, double-click on it.
- In the Properties Window > General Tab that opens, click the "Stop" button.
- From the drop-down menu next to "Startup Type", click on "Disabled".
- Now click "Apply", then "OK" and close any open windows.
Finally, delete the following folders if they still exist:
C:\Program Files\ViewManager\ <-- and delete this folder
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\ <-- and delete this folder
