Hjt log: do i have any crapware or junk?

hi there i have attatched a hjt, just wanted to check if my computer is safe, if there isn't anything bad can any1 tell me which useless things i have to delete? thanks..... heres my windows task manager screenshot (to check if i have some bad stuff...)

Your HJT log is clean, although you do still have the Symantec live update running and it shouldn`t be.

Click start/run and type services.msc into the run box and press the enter key.

When the window appears, maximise it. Double click on the following services(if there) and select stop if they are running. Set the startup type to disabled. Click apply/ok for each service you disable.

Automatic LiveUpdate Scheduler

Close the services window.

Go to add remove programmes in your control panel and uninstall anything to do with(if there).

Symantec\LiveUpdate

Close control panel.

Locate and delete the following bold files and/or directories(if there).

C:\Program Files\Symantec
