Please help me figure out what is running that shouldn't be!!!

Alright, first download and run free Malwarebytes, CCleaner and Glary Utilities. Tell us what you find. Uninstall anything Trend Micro... run the cleaners again. Update Vista to Service Pack 2 and also install all missing Vista updates after that

OK, you should probably rethink this; Startup: LimeWire On Startup.lnk = C:\Program Files (x86)\LimeWire\LimeWire.exe

also there are many "unknown owner" entries. A thorough cleaning might help with this
