I am running an EP45t-USB3P (GIGABYTE board) with a 9650 processor. Does anyone know where I could get a 9850 processor?

I just searched for what you gave here and it came up with AMD. Looks like the Intel Q9850 doesn't exist

Highest you can go to on that board (and that Intel produce) is a Intel Core™ 2 Quad Extreme QX9770.

    Available here:

It would also be in your interest to read your CPU support list for your motherboard, which is here.

I'm somewhat surprised you missed the fact you were asking about a processor that doesn't exist (for your chipset) then....

Yeah Nick, because even if this imaginary processor existed, your board doesn't support it.....:)
