Hotsync a laptop

    Is there a way to hotsync a laptop with a desktop using either Wifi or usb? The main thing I would like to hotsync is Microsoft outlook.

    I figured Windows Sync would have this simple ability, but I guess I was wrong.

    Any help would be appricated.
