How can I found out how many pins my RAM has?

    I've downloaded System Information for Windows, and it tells me the speed, capacity, etc., but it doesn't tell me how many pins it has.

    I do have some info if it helps.

    Manufacturer: Infineon
    Part Number: 64D64320GU5C
