How can I get Dreamscene to work on Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit

i wasnt sure if Dreamscene or the alternative Stardock was compatible with my OS. ive seen downloads available, as well as various patches for particular builds. Before i start to tweak system root files i wanna be sure that its gonna work.

OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Version 6.1 (Build 7600)

Anyone know of an existing download and or patch if needed to get Dreamscene installed and working?
