How can I make a program minimize all other programs when used?

    I'm basically looking for a way to make my business chat window to minimize all other programs on its own.

    I have a few chat based programs that I use for business. Similar to microsoft office messenger. Sometimes if I am doing something, I will not see the window because it will pop up in the background.

    Say for example, I am playing Empire Total War and I get a customer through the business chat window. I'd like for the game to minimize on it own and any other programs but crossloop.

    Is this possible? Anyone know how to do it?
