How can I make an XP install DVD with installed applications like Office?

Hello,

I would like to make a Custom XP installation DVD that installs applications like MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, etc in predefined directories that I select.

Where do I start to learn about how to do such a thing?

I figured it needed to be a DVD to support all the big applications.

By the way I eventually just settled for clean install, and then add applications one by one. (it's just cleaner that way)
