How can I practice ColdFusion?

I got the book "Sams Teach Yourself Cold Fusion in 24 Hours" and it comes with the cd to install ColdFusion express, but it just says you need to have a server such as Microsoft IIS or Apache installed before you can install ColdFusion. Can someone point me in the right direction? I've used EasyPHP before but it doesn't work with Windows 7bit. Thanks.

Ok I installed WAMP and ColdFusion but after I got this error


I was following the instructions on this site and the only one I couldn't get is:

1. Now to choose where to extract the ColdFusion Administrator. Click the “Choose” button.
2. Locate the default location where you installed WAMP and select the www directory, click OK and then click Next to continue.
