How do I add a program to my PC's directory?

i moved a program from one of my computers to another and i lost my disk to it so i couldn't just install it to the other pc but the computer wont run the program without it being in the the directory from an installation and i was wondering if i could put it in manuly

Every program that is installed on windows, uses the directory to configure the
location and settings for it. For this reason, you can not just COPY a program elsewhere
(ie different dir on this system or to some otherf system's dir) and expect it to run.

The right way is to UNinstall and the REinstall
