How Do I fix This Problem

Hi I'm new to these boards and I need some help Solving this proble:

My computer Keeps Crashing Due to this message:The Network Address Translator (NAT) was unable to request an operation of the kernel-mode translation module. This may indicate misconfiguration, insufficient resources, or an internal error. The data is the error code.

This has happened quite a few times to me and I was wondering does anyone know what this means and how to fix it. I really need help, Thanks!

what operating system, version, and service pack are you running? what type of network are you using there, and with what hardware? what firewall, if any, are you using?

NAT is an acronym for network access translation and is used mostly by servers and routers that must manage lan clients trying to access the wan (internet).
