How do I get rid of this W32/VB.NQ?

    i had about 100 files or more pop up and say it was infected i think this is the problem but not sure (W32/VB.NQ) i deleted them all but i think there are more.... i hopei didnt delete files that i needed... any info will help thanks.! dont know too much about computers.... so please break it down in easy to understand terms... thanks in advance.

    sympatico security manager......... just started using it pretty sure it slowed my comp down i wasn't using any before this

    i would recommend using nod32; its not free but very good software

    do i have to wipe the comp out to get rid of this? and reinstall everything?

    i put nod32 on my comp it found 1 virus i think it was the one before i put that on though i put spy doctor on and it found 5 ??? but i couldnt delete then untill i bought the software

    1)MBAM or SAS log
    2)Combofix log
    3)Hijackthis log (Step 15)
