How do I reinstall Vista if it didnt come with cd?

When i we bought an acer pc with windows vista it didnt have any windows vista cd.

When we turned the pc on it started to install automaticly with no cd requerd.


The computer has struck problems recentrly and we want to format the pc and re install windows vista or repair it.

How do we do this if the computer didnt come with a cd to re install or repair?

(not entierly sure of the components in the pc or the drivers so i really need to repair)

Acer comes with a recovery partition. You should be able to reinstall from there.
I can't really tell you anything else unless you tell me which PC you have.

ok thanks, so all i nheed to do i hit f12 on boot and click on hard drive?

i thought tht wud load it all up normaly?

il fiddle around anyways when im at the pc
