How do I repair the Windows XP Backup Utility using the install disk?

The backup utility has quit functioning on my installation of Windows XP SP3 ver 2002 running on a Pentium 4.0 2 GH with 1GB of RAM.

How do I repair just the backup utility from the installation disk? I do not want to do a repair on the whole installation of XP.
