How do i turn on my computer?

Hmm, this may be because your board has failed the power on self-test. This is usually means your board is cooked. Otherwise, consolt the motherboard manual and find the jumper that clears the CMOS and give that a shot. Note this will reset the BIOS/CMOS and you must reset the time.

What is the sequence of beeps, the beeps are telling you something, its like morse code, but super simple.

Is it long short short? if so, could be video related... you need to give us more information.

Thx for all your good advice, but I found out that I had forgotten to install the cpu which i have somehow lost.
I'm tired of putting together custom systems and am now going to buy a mac.
