How Do I Uninstall Symantec Client Firewall from a Win XP System???

I need to know how to COMPLETELY uninstall Symantec Client Firewall 7.1 from my old system. I keep trying to uninstall it from the program disk only to have the machine crash and reboot each and every time. Once it restarts, the program is still running and intact.

Unfortunately the only sure and easy way to uninstall Symantec products is to format and reinstall. I hope you know better next time and keep away from anything labelled Norton or Symantec.

1.Make sure that nothing is disabled in MSCONFIG... startup and services tab you will have problems removing it if any of it`s components are disabled.
