How does one make the unused links in Firefox change color to any thing that is not dark blue.

A friend of mine whom is legally blind & color blind needs to know how to change the color of the link. I sent him this link http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/931924
but not sure if its the correct one. Anybody know how to? TIA
