How does the brackets come off

  1. i am using a HP p7-1037cb computer. i am trying to install my visiontek hd 6770 video card but my bracket size on the pc case is too small for me to put my video cards bracket through the case to allow the vga and other connector to connect on the outside of the case. what should i do i need help asap! btw i just installed my psu today and its working great

    So the pci bracket slot of your case isn't long enough? As in the bracket on the vga is longer than the backet on your case?

    its too wide!

    i cant get it through the bracket space after i remove one bracket from the case

    i think its also too long

    Hmm some modding may be in hand or a case upgrade. I've never had this kind of issue.

    The graphics card is designed to take up two bracket spaces at the back of the computer. If the card is too long and won't fit inside the case, you will have to buy a bigger case or a smaller graphics card, IMO.
