    Launch Windows Movie Maker, cut out what you don't want, and save it.

    If you don't have Windows Movie Maker, go to www.microsoft.com, go to the download center, and get movie maker for whatever version of windows you have.

    If you have a mac, Idk. Get the sony vegas trial I guess.
