    This is a Toshiba error code.
    Are you running Toshiba recovery disks on the Toshiba machine for which they were designed?

    I would suggest running chkdsk, or else the utilities available from the maker of your drive... Toshiba?

    Note not all drive makers have such utilities, but many do... and since this is a Toshiba error code, I have given you the link to their tools.

    It appears that replacing the drive is often, but not always, the solution:
    but (Imho) diagnostics should be done to make sure this is even needed, as (it seems) other things may give this error too.
