How to Prevent Users from Installing Apps?

Hey all,

Long time since I've posted here. I'm searching for a way to prevent a user from installing software (that doesn't require admin. rights) on an XP Home machine.

I created a limited account, but I could still install Frostwire. Is there a way to prevent users from installing anything?

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do with XP home, you only have 2 choices, either you're and Admin, or you're a Limited User. You have better user control with XP Pro.
