How to reveal windows login password

Is it possible to find out xp login password once we login windows. I mean suppose as an admin I put login password and enter windows desktop. Now is there any way to find out where this password is stored and, how can it be revealed as characters? thanks.

The offline password thing will allow you change or blank out a password but not reveal the password as it is encrypted. I know there is a utility which will reveal any windows passwords that are masked although I've never tried it myself. Check this one http://www.lostpassword.com/asterisk.htm this one will reveal windows passwords but not passwords in web pages. For that just do a google search
