How to set up VPN for iPhone on Win 7

I am wanting to set up VPN to my win7 desktop for iPhone. So I can check to see if there or turn them off. How would I do this???

First you should what type of VPN you would have. I heard about Express VPN to be a good one. It requires a little amount for you start. Once you've paid for it you'll automatically have what you paid for. Instructions will also be sent to you too so its not hard for you to set up.
